“I just wanted to tell you all why I so heavily promote meditation. First off when I meditate I immediately feel refreshed after and ready to focus at my Job or at my school work. Second, before I started meditation I did not know how to get my brain to stop moving 1000 miles a minute and focus. Thankfully, overtime meditation has helped me gain the mental strength to sit down and focus and also make good of my bad thoughts.
